Terms of Use

Last updated: October 6, 2026

The short version

  • Our games run on Roblox, so Roblox's Terms of Use apply as well as these.
  • Coins and items have no real-money value and can't be sold, traded or moved.
  • Robux purchases are handled by Roblox. If something you bought didn't arrive, tell us on Discord.
  • No cheating, exploiting or harassment. Breaking the rules can cost items, progress or access.

Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Peak Time Studios (“we”, “us”). They apply when you play our games on Roblox, such as Match The Build, or use this website (together, the “services”). By using the services you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and is part of these terms.

Roblox's terms apply too

Our games run on Roblox. You must follow the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards while playing. If these terms and Roblox’s terms conflict on how you use the Roblox platform, Roblox’s terms win. We are not Roblox Corporation and are not affiliated with or endorsed by it.

Who can play

Anyone allowed to use Roblox under Roblox’s own age and account rules may play our games. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), please make sure a parent or guardian has read these terms with you, especially the sections on purchases.

Coins and virtual items

Our games have in-game coins and virtual items such as island skins and pets (“virtual items”).

  • Virtual items are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them inside our games. You do not own them, and they have no real-world monetary value.
  • Coins and virtual items cannot be sold, traded or exchanged for money, Robux or anything outside our games, and cannot be moved to another account.
  • We may change prices, rewards, balances and items to keep the game fair and fun, including adjusting everyone’s balances when we rebalance the economy.
  • If you lose items because of a bug on our side, contact us and we will try to restore them.

Purchases with Robux

Some items are sold for Robux. Roblox processes every purchase; we never receive payment details. Robux purchases are final and governed by Roblox’s terms and refund policy, except where the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.

If something you paid for did not arrive, tell us on our Discord with your Roblox username and the time of the purchase and we will fix it.

Roblox Premium benefits we offer (such as extra coins) apply only while your Premium membership is active.

Duels

Duels let two players put up in-game coins, with the winner taking both. Duels use only in-game coins, which have no monetary value and cannot be bought back as money. You can also duel with no stake. Any attempt to arrange real-money or Robux payments around duels is forbidden and will lead to a ban.

Fair play

To keep matches fair for everyone, you must not:

  • use exploits, scripts, macros, modified clients or any tool that gives an unfair advantage;
  • deliberately abuse bugs, or keep quiet about one you are using (please report them);
  • attack, overload or try to get unauthorized access to our servers or other players’ accounts;
  • harass, threaten, scam or impersonate other players or our staff;
  • sell, buy or trade accounts, coins or items for money or anything outside the game;
  • team up with opponents or throw matches to manipulate leaderboards or duels.

Enforcement

If you break these terms or Roblox’s rules, we may warn you, remove coins, items or leaderboard positions, reset progress, or ban you from our games, temporarily or permanently. Where we can, the action matches how serious the problem was. If you think we got it wrong, contact us on our Discord with your Roblox username and we will review it.

Our content, your feedback

Our games, builds, art, music, names, logos and this website belong to Peak Time Studios or our licensors. You may share clips, screenshots and streams of our games, including monetized videos, as long as you don’t suggest we endorse you.

If you send us ideas, suggestions or builds, we may use them freely without owing you anything. Thank you.

Changes and availability

We keep improving our games, so features, modes, items and rules can change. We may take a game down for maintenance, or stop running it. The services are provided as they are and as available; we do not promise they will always be online, error-free or that your progress can never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Peak Time Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for the loss of virtual items, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in Robux, converted at Roblox’s purchase price, in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes go to its competent courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will post a notice in our games or on our channels before it applies. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
